Postage and Packaging

Eack product has been assigned a unit value based on the size and weight. The units for each product are:
Slip Collars up to 10mm diameter and Lanyards: 0.5 units
Leads up to 10mm diameter: 1 unit
12mm diameter leads and collars: 2 units
Leads with a swivel: 2 units
Knot ball and ball on a rope: 2 units
Hunting and over-the-shoulder leads: 2 units
6mm tracking lines: 2 units
8mm tracking lines: 2.5 units
10mm tracking lines: 4.5 units

The postage cost is based on the total number of units in the order as follows:

UK:

0.5 units: £3

1 unit: £3.60

1.5 to 4 units: £5.30

5 or more units: £7.90


Europe:
0.5 - 1 units: £6.09
1.5 units: £7.99
2 – 2.5 units: £10.49
3 or more units: £13.99

Rest of the world:
0.5 - 1 units: £9.09
1.5 units: £10.49
2 – 2.5 units: £21.99
3 or more units: £29.99

In most instances orders will be shipped within 2 working days of the order being placed. However, please allow 8 working days from the order date for all items to arrive. International orders will taker longer.

There are occasions where delivery may take longer. We will endevour to inform you if this is the case.

Orders from the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st class post.

For non-UK orders, we would like to remind you that your order may be subject to customs, import duty and local taxes.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange. The return shipping charges are not refundable and must be paid by the customer. You must return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt, and submit to the following guidelines:

The article must not be damaged or show signs of use in any way. The original receipt must accompany the goods. We advise that items should be returned by registered post or insured. Dog Lead Shop will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.

We are unable to accept returns of non-standard items that have been customised at your request.
